A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
We accept payments via secure online payment links, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).
Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
Some tours may have specific cancellation policies depending on the provider (clearly mentioned in each tour page).
We reserve the right to change or cancel tours due to weather, safety, or availability concerns.
In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Provide accurate contact and booking details.
Arrive on time at pickup points.
Respect the local culture, laws, and safety guidelines during tours.
You are responsible for your belongings during the trip.
While we take all necessary precautions, Farhat AlSafari is not responsible for:
Personal injury, loss, or damage arising during the tour.
Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, third parties).
Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances.
