• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the Kidzania Premises. You can buy food and drinks from any of the outlets available inside the Kidzania Premises.
